About MYTRT
A doctor-led clinic treating the symptoms and clinical reality of low testosterone, built on free consultations, regulated partners and complete transparency.
Why we founded MYTRT
Founded in clinic, built for men
MYTRT was founded by a small group of doctors with backgrounds in the NHS and private practice. Across our clinical work, we repeatedly encountered men describing the same difficulties: persistent fatigue, low mood, poor sleep, reduced libido, declining strength and motivation, and a growing sense that they no longer felt like themselves.
For many of these men, accessing a comprehensive assessment that considered the full picture proved difficult. Some faced long waiting lists. Others felt that their symptoms had been dismissed because a single testosterone result fell just inside a laboratory reference range.
These experiences reflect a much wider issue. Symptomatic testosterone deficiency is estimated to affect approximately 40% of men aged over 45[1], with prevalence increasing with age and in men with conditions such as obesity and type 2 diabetes.
There is also growing evidence of a generational decline in male testosterone levels that cannot be explained by ageing alone. A major analysis presented in 2026, involving more than 118,000 men across five countries, reported that average total testosterone levels declined by approximately 54% between 1972 and 2019[2]. Earlier longitudinal studies have reported reductions of approximately 25–33% over periods of 17–20 years[3]. The causes are likely to be complex and may include rising rates of obesity, metabolic disease, poor sleep, physical inactivity, chronic stress and environmental exposures.
We created MYTRT to help close this gap.
MYTRT is a doctor-led clinic, not simply a prescription service. Every blood result is clinically reviewed by a doctor, and every recommendation considers the patient’s symptoms, medical history, repeat blood results and wider health. Patients have direct access to ongoing clinical support throughout their care. Where medication is appropriate, prescribing and final dosing are undertaken by our expert doctors with treatment supplied through our regulated pharmacy partner.
Being doctor-led also means being honest about who TRT is and is not appropriate for.
A diagnosis of testosterone deficiency requires compatible symptoms together with consistently low testosterone levels, confirmed through appropriate repeat morning blood testing. We will never recommend TRT based on symptoms alone, a single blood result or the pursuit of an arbitrary idea of being “optimal”.
Our objective is to restore testosterone to a healthy physiological range where there is a clear clinical indication[4], while monitoring each patient carefully and adjusting treatment according to their individual response.
We also believe that men who do not meet the criteria for TRT should not simply be turned away. We treat the patient, not the numbers.
A man may have low testosterone levels without the symptoms required for a clinical diagnosis. Equally, he may experience significant symptoms despite testosterone levels that are not clinically low. In either situation, further investigation may be needed.
That is why our pathway extends beyond testosterone treatment. Through our trusted clinical partner, messageGP, a CQC-registered online GP service, we can facilitate a private GP consultation so that other possible causes, including thyroid disease, anaemia, sleep disorders, medication effects, mental health conditions and metabolic illness, can be properly considered and investigated.
Our goal is simple: to help men understand what is happening to their health, provide safe and evidence-based treatment where appropriate, and ensure that no man is left without a clear path forward.

Our stance
What we are, and what we refuse to be
We are not a large corporate private clinic, and we have no ambition to become one. MYTRT exists because we believe healthcare for men ought to be delivered differently: personally, transparently, and by clinicians who know your name and your case, not by a call centre working through a script. We are redefining the way this kind of care is delivered, not by acquiring other clinics and stitching their patients together into an amalgamation of brands, but through a genuine partnership of regulated supply chain partners, each chosen because they do one thing exceptionally well, working together to deliver real results for health-conscious men.
We are equally clear about what we will not do, because trust in this industry has to be earned by conduct, not marketing:
- We will not sell you the promise of a “100-year healthy optimisation” plan, because we believe that kind of claim is disingenuous.
- We do not run a large YouTube portfolio engineered to funnel viewers into treatment.
- We do not own or operate community forums or Reddit groups that quietly plug our own service while appearing independent.
- We will never present one of our doctors as a patient in disguise to manufacture social proof.
What you see from MYTRT, from our doctors and partners to our registrations and our patients’ independent reviews, is exactly what it appears to be.
How it works
Our process, step by step
We have deliberately removed as many barriers as possible between you and better health. No consultation fees at the assessment stage, no obligation to buy a test if you already have recent results, and no pressure to start treatment that is not clinically right for you.
Blood work: buy a test or share your existing testosterone blood work for free
Everything starts with data. Purchase one of our blood tests, starting with a simple at-home testosterone test kit, or share your existing testosterone blood work from the NHS, an employer health check or another provider with our medical team, completely free of charge.
Free initial consultation
Once we have your results, we offer a free consultation to discuss what your blood work shows, the symptoms you are experiencing and what should happen next. Cost should never be the reason a man puts off finding out why he does not feel himself.
Advanced venous blood testing, where clinically necessary
If our doctors believe you may be suitable for TRT, we will ask you to complete an advanced venous blood test covering 38+ biomarkers. If you already hold an existing venous result, for example from the NHS or another provider, a simpler finger-prick test may be all that is needed. Samples can be taken at a clinic, or at home through our CQC-registered phlebotomy partner.
Free consultation with a TRT doctor
A genuine two-way conversation covering your blood work, symptoms, lifestyle, goals, overall health and suitability for treatment. If TRT is clinically appropriate, you can start a personalised protocol. If it is not, we will explain why and can refer you to messageGP for further investigation.
Treatment, check-ins and quarterly blood tests
Your subscription includes a check-in every 5 weeks, quarterly monitoring blood tests, all medication and consumables delivered to your door, support over phone or WhatsApp, and regular protocol adjustments to support your health, your goals, or to manage side effects safely.

Clinical governance
Regulated at every step, verifiable by you
Testosterone replacement therapy sits within a part of private healthcare where standards vary enormously. We believe the only acceptable answer is complete regulatory transparency. MYTRT is operated by Elevate Healthcare Group Limited (Company No. 16231959) in partnership with Messagegp Limited (Company No. 13294053). GP services and all regulated activities are provided entirely by our CQC-registered partner company, Messagegp Ltd (CQC Provider No. 1-17195141915). Prescribing and final dosing are undertaken by our expert doctors with treatment and final safety checks for dosing supplied through our regulated pharmacy partner. Every registration below can be checked independently, and we encourage you to do exactly that.
