Website Terms and Conditions

Version 2.0
Last updated: 27 August 2026

Please read these terms before using MYTRT. They govern access to the website, accounts, information, messaging and other online features. Purchases are governed separately by our Terms of Sale. These terms do not replace the individual advice of a clinician and MYTRT is not an emergency service.

These Website Terms incorporate the following documents where relevant:

1. Who we are

The website at www.mytrt.com is operated by Elevate Healthcare Group Limited, trading as MYTRT (“MYTRT”, “we”, “us” or “our”). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 16231959, with registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, London, England, WC2H 9JQ.

Regulated clinical services available through the platform are delivered in partnership with MessageGP Limited, company number 13294053. Its Head Office is registered with the Care Quality Commission under location 1-19168451673, within provider 1-17195141915, for the regulated activity of treatment of disease, disorder or injury. [1]

Prescription medicines are dispensed and supplied by Smartway Pharma Limited, a registered pharmacy at 10 Lyon Road, London, SW19 2RL, GPhC pharmacy registration 9010774. Each clinician and pharmacy professional remains responsible for their own professional decisions and duties.

2. Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website. If you buy something, you also agree to the Terms of Sale.

The patient service is intended for people aged 18 or over who are resident in the United Kingdom. Some general website information may be visible elsewhere, but this does not mean that a product, medicine or clinical service is offered or lawful in another country.

You must have legal capacity to enter into a contract and must use the patient pathway only for yourself unless we have expressly authorised another arrangement. We may ask for reasonable proof of identity, age, address or eligibility.

3. What the website does—and does not do

The website provides general information, account and ordering functions, testing pathways, secure communications and access to clinical services where appropriate. General pages, articles, tools, advertising and automated support are provided for information and navigation; they are not a personal diagnosis, prescription or substitute for an individual clinical assessment.

A clinician–patient relationship arises only in the context of an accepted clinical service and is governed by the clinician’s professional duties and the applicable service terms. Information elsewhere on the website does not guarantee that a treatment is suitable, available or will be prescribed.

Medical emergencies

MYTRT is not an emergency or crisis service. Do not use a contact form, email, chatbot or routine secure message if someone may be seriously ill or at immediate risk. Call 999 for an emergency. Use NHS 111 for urgent advice where appropriate.

Accuracy and change

We take reasonable care with website information, but medicine, regulation, pricing, availability and clinical guidance change. Content is provided for a general audience and may not reflect your circumstances. You should follow the current instructions of your treating clinician, pharmacy and product leaflet rather than rely on an older webpage.

4. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate, current and complete registration information and keep it updated. Do not create an account in another person’s identity or allow another person to use your patient account.

Your password, access link, verification code and other credentials are confidential. Use a unique password, protect your email account and device, sign out on shared devices, and do not forward authentication links. You are responsible for activity you authorise, but you are not automatically responsible for activity caused by our security failure or another matter for which the law makes us responsible.

Contact help@mytrt.com promptly if you suspect unauthorised access, loss of credentials, an unexpected account change or a message that appears fraudulent. We may temporarily restrict access while we investigate and may ask you to complete a proportionate identity check.

5. Information you provide

Information submitted through a clinical questionnaire, test pathway or consultation must be honest, complete and accurate to the best of your knowledge. You must not omit a symptom, medicine, allergy, diagnosis, test result or other fact that a reasonable person would understand could affect safe care.

Tell us promptly if important information changes. A clinician may need to verify information, request further tests, contact another healthcare professional with lawful authority, or conclude that remote care is not appropriate.

Do not submit information about another person unless it is necessary, lawful and you are authorised to do so. Do not upload unlawful content, malicious code, intimate content unrelated to a genuine clinical request, or excessive personal information that the service has not requested.

6. Acceptable use

You may use the website only lawfully, personally and for its intended purpose. You must not:

  1. gain or attempt to gain unauthorised access to an account, system, server, database, API, source code or security control;
  2. introduce malware, scrape at a harmful or excessive rate, probe for vulnerabilities without written authorisation, disrupt service, or evade a technical restriction;
  3. impersonate another person or organisation, falsify identity or clinical information, or use another patient’s prescription pathway;
  4. use the website to obtain, divert, resell, share or misuse a medicine, test, prescription, account or clinical document;
  5. submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, defamatory, sexually abusive, exploitative or deliberately harmful;
  6. infringe privacy, confidentiality, copyright, trademark or another person’s rights;
  7. use website content, brand terms or data to train, benchmark or operate a commercial model, dataset, directory or competing service without our written permission, except where the law expressly permits it;
  8. make automated requests that impair performance or ignore published technical instructions; or
  9. encourage, assist or conceal any prohibited activity.

Unauthorised access and interference may constitute an offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. [2] Responsible security researchers should report a suspected vulnerability privately to help@mytrt.com and must not access patient information, disrupt service or publish exploit details before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate.

7. Communications and patient conduct

Telephone, email, video, secure messages, forms and support tools must be used respectfully and for a legitimate service purpose. We recognise that illness, anxiety, disability, neurodivergence, medication effects, mental-health symptoms and distress can affect communication. We will consider context and make reasonable adjustments where appropriate.

Abuse, threats, discriminatory language, sexual harassment, deliberate exposure to graphic material, stalking, doxxing, repeated malicious contact and credible threats to safety are not acceptable. Our Patient Conduct and Zero-Tolerance Policy explains how we assess and respond proportionately.

We may preserve and review communications where reasonably necessary for care, complaint handling, safeguarding, security, staff safety, fraud prevention or legal duties. Any review is governed by our Privacy Notice and access is limited according to role and need.

8. Our content and intellectual property

We or our licensors own the intellectual-property rights in the website and its text, design, software, databases, images, video, graphics, clinical pathway materials, questionnaires, reports, branding and other content. Those rights are protected by copyright, trademark, database and other laws.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to access and use the website for your personal, non-commercial healthcare and account purposes. You may print or save a reasonable extract for your own records. You must keep any copyright, trademark and attribution notice intact.

Without prior written permission, you must not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, frame, mirror, systematically extract, modify, create a commercial derivative from, or commercially exploit our content. A right granted by law—such as fair dealing—continues to apply and is not removed by these terms.

Clinical documents supplied specifically for you may be shared with your healthcare professional, insurer, adviser or representative where lawful and reasonably necessary. This does not transfer ownership of our templates, branding or underlying materials.

9. MYTRT word mark and brand protection

9.1 Nature and ownership of the mark

MYTRT is an invented, singular word with no intended dictionary meaning. It is not presented as an acronym, a descriptive term or a combination of separate words. Elevate Healthcare Group Limited owns the MYTRT word mark and the associated goodwill.

MYTRT is registered in the United Kingdom under trade mark number UK00004202923. Elevate Healthcare Group Limited also owns active WIPO Madrid international registration 1915762 in classes 5 and 44, registered on 11 November 2025. [3] International protection has been sought or designated in additional territories, including the European Union and the United States; the status and scope in each territory are governed by the current record of the relevant intellectual-property office. Nothing on this website represents that a pending territorial application has already become a final registration.

9.2 No licence by implication

Access to the website, a purchase, partnership discussion, link or reference to MYTRT does not grant a licence to use the mark, a confusingly similar sign, our logo, trade dress, domain identity or social-media identity. Written approval must come from an authorised representative of Elevate Healthcare Group Limited.

9.3 Examples of unauthorised use

Depending on the facts and applicable law, unauthorised use may include using MYTRT or a confusingly similar sign in a company or trading name; domain name; subdomain; social-media handle; app name; marketplace listing; paid-search keyword or advertisement; metatag; source code; product packaging; clinic name; counterfeit document; affiliate page; or account that suggests affiliation, endorsement or origin that does not exist.

A fair, accurate and non-misleading reference to MYTRT—for example in genuine journalism, commentary, comparison, complaint or lawful resale—may be permitted by law. You must not use our mark more prominently than necessary, alter it in a misleading way, or imply sponsorship, clinical approval or partnership without authorisation.

9.4 Reporting suspected misuse

Report suspected counterfeiting, impersonation, cybersquatting or confusing brand use to help@mytrt.com with the subject “Trademark report”. Include the URL, screenshot, date, seller or account details and why you believe it is misleading. Do not send unlawfully obtained information.

9.5 Enforcement

Elevate Healthcare Group Limited reserves all lawful remedies. Depending on the evidence and jurisdiction, these may include contacting the user; sending a cease-and-desist or platform notice; requesting action from a marketplace, search provider, hosting provider or registrar under its published policy; reporting fraud, patient-safety or regulatory concerns; seeking interim or final court relief; claiming damages or an account of profits; or commencing an appropriate Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) or Uniform Rapid Suspension (URS) proceeding.

ICANN does not ordinarily cancel or transfer a domain merely because a rights holder submits a general takedown request. Trademark-based domain disputes may require agreement, court action or a complaint to an approved dispute-resolution provider; URS is designed for eligible, clear-cut cases seeking suspension. [4] [5]

Nothing in this section predetermines that a particular use is unlawful. Each matter will be assessed on its evidence, applicable law, legitimate-use defences and proportionality.

10. Material you submit

You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to any rights another person has. You grant the relevant MYTRT and clinical entities a limited permission to host, copy, format, transmit and otherwise use the content to provide the requested service, maintain the clinical or business record, protect users and staff, investigate a complaint or incident, and meet legal or regulatory duties.

This permission is not a licence to use your clinical information for unrelated advertising. Our handling of personal information is governed by the Privacy Notice.

You warrant that you have the right to submit the content and that doing so is lawful. We may restrict or remove non-clinical content that breaches these terms. We will not alter or delete a clinical record merely to conceal an event, complaint or decision; clinical records are corrected and retained according to applicable record-keeping duties.

Links to a laboratory, pharmacy, clinic, social network, payment provider, external article or other website are provided for convenience or service delivery. We do not control an independent third party and are not responsible for its general website, availability or content merely because we link to it.

A separately supplied third-party service may be governed by that provider’s terms and privacy notice. We remain responsible for obligations that the law or our contract places on us and do not use this clause to avoid responsibility for a provider acting on our behalf.

You may link to a public MYTRT page fairly and lawfully, provided the link does not suggest an affiliation or endorsement that does not exist, does not frame the page, and is removed if we reasonably request removal because it is misleading, unsafe or unlawful. Do not link directly to a private account, patient record or expiring authenticated resource.

12. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the website available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, provider failure, cyber incidents, capacity, legal restrictions and events outside our reasonable control may cause temporary interruption.

We may update the website, change a feature or withdraw outdated content. If a change materially affects an accepted purchase or ongoing subscription, the Terms of Sale and applicable consumer law govern your remedy.

We may update these Website Terms for legal, regulatory, security, service or business reasons. The version and date at the top identify the current terms. A material change will not retrospectively remove an accrued consumer right. Where appropriate, we will give notice through the website, account or email.

13. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect an account, patient, staff member, system or third party; investigate fraud or unauthorised access; respond to a legal instruction; address serious or repeated breach; or prevent unsafe or unlawful use.

We will act proportionately. Where practicable and safe, we will explain the reason and allow you to provide relevant information or remedy the issue. Before limiting a clinical channel, relevant staff should consider disability, distress, capacity, safeguarding, continuity of care and the risk of abrupt interruption. Essential safety information and access to your records or complaint route will not be withheld as a punishment.

You may stop using the website at any time. Closing an account does not automatically cancel a subscription, erase a lawful clinical record or remove payment obligations already incurred. Use the cancellation process in the Terms of Sale and submit any data request under the Privacy Notice.

14. Responsibility for loss or damage

Consumers

If you are a consumer, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, was caused by inaccurate or withheld information, resulted from failure to follow clear safety instructions, or was caused solely by an independent event we could not reasonably control—except where the law places responsibility on us.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded; or any other liability the law does not permit us to limit.

The website is supplied for personal use. We are not liable to a consumer for business loss, loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

Business users

If, despite the intended consumer purpose, you use the public website in the course of business, we exclude implied terms to the extent the law permits. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or for loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunity arising from general website use. This paragraph does not apply to a separately signed business agreement and does not limit non-excludable liability.

Clinical services and purchases

Responsibility relating to a purchased product, test, consultation, prescription or treatment is governed by the Terms of Sale, the relevant contract and applicable professional duties. No clause excludes the standard of care required by law.

15. Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Notice explains who controls information, what is collected, lawful bases, Semble clinical records, sharing, international transfers, retention, security and rights. Our Cookie Policy explains necessary and optional technologies and allows you to change consent.

Do not assume that ordinary email or a public form is the correct place for urgent or highly sensitive clinical information. Use the designated clinical channel where instructed.

16. Complaints and reporting concerns

To make a service or clinical complaint, contact the Medical Director at help@mytrt.com, telephone 0800 157 7521, or follow our Complaints Policy. You will not be disadvantaged in your care merely because you make a complaint in good faith.

Report a security concern, suspicious account access or vulnerability privately to help@mytrt.com. Report suspected trademark misuse using the route in section 9. If someone is in immediate danger or you believe a crime is occurring, contact the emergency services or police as appropriate.

Transfer

We may transfer our rights or obligations to another organisation, for example as part of a reorganisation, provided this does not reduce your statutory rights. You may transfer a right under these terms only where the law permits or we agree in writing.

No third-party enforcement

Unless expressly stated, these terms do not give another person a right to enforce them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

Severability

Each provision operates separately. If a court or authority finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply.

No waiver

A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. A waiver on one occasion does not waive a later breach.

Governing law and jurisdiction

English law governs these terms. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. Any mandatory consumer protection in the part of the UK where you live continues to apply.
