MYTRT treatment eligibility
MYTRT treats men only when they have compatible symptoms and meet both biochemical limits: total testosterone of 15 nmol/L or below, and free testosterone of 0.35 nmol/L or below.
Treatment is never automatic. A specialist TRT doctor reviews symptoms, medical history, fertility plans, appropriately collected blood results and safety factors before deciding whether TRT is clinically appropriate. The subscription is intended to make the cost of ongoing private TRT easier to understand. Instead of separating the treatment plan into repeated prescription, follow-up, monitoring, supplies and delivery charges, MYTRT combines the routine elements of the agreed plan into one monthly subscription.
Important: Pre-treatment diagnostic blood tests are separate unless you already have suitable recent results. Any medicine, investigation or service outside the agreed TRT plan will be discussed with you before it is arranged.

What is included in the all-inclusive TRT subscription?
The £129.95 monthly subscription covers the routine components of the treatment plan agreed with your MYTRT doctor. Depending on the prescription and your clinical needs, this includes:
- the prescribed topical or injectable testosterone treatment within the agreed plan;
- follow-up consultations and treatment reviews with the clinical team;
- routine monitoring blood tests scheduled as part of the treatment pathway;
- ongoing medical support and review of relevant results;
- dose and treatment-plan review when clinically required;
- standard injection supplies where applicable;
- routine GP letters, clinical correspondence and referrals where appropriate;
- delivery and postage associated with the agreed treatment plan; and
- access to the MYTRT support team by telephone, email or WhatsApp.
TRT is a monitored medical service, not a one-off purchase of testosterone. Follow-up allows the clinician to assess symptoms, treatment response, testosterone results, haematocrit and other safety markers relevant to the individual. Monitoring recommendations vary with age, treatment stage and risk, so your doctor will set the appropriate schedule.[1] [2]

MYTRT offers an eligible patient a free full medical TRT consultation, representing a saving of up to £175, when either of the following applies:
- You already have an existing TRT treatment plan; or
- You can provide two testosterone blood-test results dated within the previous six months.
The two testosterone blood-test results may have been obtained privately, through another clinic or through the NHS. The clinical team will check that the results contain enough information and were collected appropriately for a safe assessment. A doctor may request another test or additional markers if the existing records are incomplete, inconsistent or no longer clinically suitable.
The free consultation includes review of the information you provide, your symptoms and medical history, relevant risks, treatment goals and next clinical steps. It does not guarantee a prescription. TRT will be offered only where the specialist doctor considers it clinically appropriate.
Transferring an existing TRT treatment plan to MYTRT
If you are already receiving TRT, send MYTRT your current treatment plan or prescription details together with recent monitoring bloodwork. The doctor will review the formulation, dose, treatment response, adverse effects, fertility goals and safety markers before deciding whether MYTRT can take over your care.
A transfer is not simply an administrative change of supplier. The receiving doctor accepts responsibility for the new prescription and must be satisfied that the proposed treatment and monitoring plan are appropriate. Where information is missing, the doctor may request further records, repeat bloodwork or a change to the treatment plan.
Starting TRT when you are not already receiving treatment
If you do not have an existing treatment plan, two appropriately collected testosterone results are normally needed before a prescribing decision. Current clinical guidance recommends assessment based on compatible symptoms and consistently low testosterone results, with repeat morning testing used to confirm an initial low result.[1] [2]
You can provide suitable recent results from another private provider or the NHS. If you do not yet have the required bloodwork, MYTRT offers an initial testosterone blood test and an advanced testosterone blood test. The clinical team will advise which test is appropriate and whether any additional markers are required.

How the three-month rolling commitment works

After the minimum period, the subscription continues on a rolling basis in accordance with the MYTRT service terms. Your treatment remains subject to ongoing clinical suitability. A doctor may pause, change or stop treatment when blood results, adverse effects, fertility plans, a new medical condition or another safety concern changes the benefit–risk assessment.
Why MYTRT uses an all-inclusive subscription
A low headline medicine price does not represent the full cost of safe private TRT. The treatment requires qualified medical assessment, prescribing responsibility, result interpretation, monitoring, clinical correspondence, support, supplies, delivery and regulated healthcare infrastructure.
