1.2. Our Regulators. We provide services that are regulated by UK healthcare bodies to ensure patient safety. Our pharmacy services are provided by Smartway Pharma Limited, which is a registered pharmacy located at 10 Lyon Road, London, SW19 2RL. It is registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPC) under registration number 9010774. The superintendent pharmacist is Kriti Patel and their GPhc Registration number is 2038302.
1.3. Our Clinicians. All clinicians who provide consultations and prescribe for MYTRT are registered and in good standing with the General Medical Council (GMC).

2. Other Applicable Terms

2.2. If you purchase any products, services, or clinical consultations from our Site, our Terms of Sale will apply to that purchase. The Terms of Sale govern all commercial aspects of our services, including pricing, payment, delivery, cancellations, and refunds.
3. Our Services: An Overview
3.1. We offer a remote healthcare platform focused on men’s health, providing access to clinical consultations, diagnostic testing, and treatments. Our core offerings include the PRETRT™ Supplements and Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) treatments.

4. Your Obligations: Registration and Account Security
4.1. To purchase products or use our clinical services, you must first register for an account on our Site. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
4.2. You agree to provide information during registration that is true, accurate, current, and complete. It is your responsibility to update your account details if they change.
4.3. Your account login details (password, user ID) are for your use only and must be treated as confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If we determine that your User Content violates these terms, we may remove the content, suspend or terminate your account, and report the content to the relevant authorities.

9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
9.1. These terms, their subject matter, and their formation are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes. If you are a resident of Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
